Roni - the Photoshop Whiz
Roni and the Dean
This is a blog for everyone to stay up-to-date with Roni's progress, as well as a place to share encouragement, hopes, thoughts, and prayers for Roni and his family. Let's work together to show Roni how much he means to the Calder Family!
I talked to Rony yesterday and he says that they took out the catheter that he had in his jugular.
ReplyDeleteApparently, the site is no longer infected.
Yesterday he felt weak, nauseated and wasn't hungry. The nutritionist visited him and says that he has to eat protein. He now can't stand sweets but having peanut butter is OK with him and the nutritionist. He's eating only cooked or canned food, nothing raw for now.
He had two platelet transfusions because his platelets went down again. At JMH they repeated the PET Scan and MRI Scan that they did at Mercy Hospital. He couldn't eat or have water before the scans, so he felt weak. This is just in passing and soon Rony will feel better and will eat as before. Jenny
